We recently purchased a jewelry case mirror from Mr Price Home Ballito, located on the lower level of the Ballito Junction Mall. The product we purchased met all our expectations, however, the attitude of the staff was far more underwhelming, as the assistant kept yawning whilst dealing with us, and made it abundantly clear that she was not interested in assisting us. When we finally requested to see the manager form the staff behind the till we were completely ignored, only once I raised my voice was I informed the store manager was not in the store as she had gone to the loo. We waited around for another 10 minutes before leaving the store.

The most unfriendliest staff or maybe they needed a cup of happiness in the morning. Was so awkward asking for help this mrng. The ladies didn't even want to acknowledge me whilst they were at the till. Took so long for a supervisor to come assist with the most annoying attitude ever. How is this acceptable. Anyway, I definitely won't be shopping here again.

Good range of furniture and homeware BUT, I sat in the furniture section for 20 minutes waiting for assistance. Eventually left and went across to another store to buy a lounge suite.

Store Manager had to be reminded that he had a customer waiting after 45 minutes. Staff make arrangements they cannot adhere to. Hopeless customers service in an elite area. Big name brand Balito Junction , waste of time and money. Mr price needs to choose staff that are customer orientated.

I don't want to give even one star also .......very bad experience with them...rediculus service main thing staff is not friendly no discipline literally they are lier (they told me Ur furniture is coming on the way ..bla bla....they give me 20 min time I'm waiting from 3-4 hrs nothing ) just waist of time

Did gift registry here, had a bit of trouble with not having a machine to scan items then store not having correct cables to download stuff after we spent an hour adding things to our list. Staff are helpful and made a plan. Good all round
