Judo for Peace South Africa
I have been a part of Judo for Peace project since 2017. The experience changes and improves over the years. Many Judoka join not only to learn Judo, but to be a part of a community that cares about making a difference. They come to learn and teach one another about the social issues that are in South Africa, especially those issues that are causing problems between local citizens and foreign nationals and how to tackle them from a small scale. This alone stands out for me and makes me feel like a part of a bigger picture.
