Head Office

Very unhappy!!! Bought a lounch it broke send in for repairs in oktober 2019 recived 2 week later in bad condition, send back its under warranty, sill waiting 6 feb 2020 called millions. Times they wil let us know nothing ive stop paying ing as well stil no answer useless manager and called d head office lady very rude said their off line just like the branch are offline for months, she can't even write my number down to call me....

I don't even want to give a 1 star rating for the shocking service that I have received.I sent a package from George to Somerset West on Tuesday. The courier went to the address given and struggled to find the receiver. They did try to call the receiver who was busy with a client and could not answer her phone.Instead of contacting the SENDER to try and find out what is going on, or if there is an alternative option, they just left.They then took the package to Stellenbosch and didn't even bother to call the SENDER to let me know that the package was not delivered.I had to call THEM to find out what is going on and why was the package not delivered.They then explained the situation and now say that the receiver must drive to Stellenbosch to collect the package.WHY did they not TRY and contact the sender to assist?What is the use of the Sender details if they do not plan on using it???Then Jamie-Lee and Edmond proceeded to try and convince me that this is MY fault, and that they do not know why the courier did not contact me.I make use of their service because of what they offer, but the service is atrocious and on top of that I have to keep contacting the call centre. They do not bother to call me back with updates.I am highly disgusted in this service and do NOT recommend them to anyone !!WHY pay R100 for them to deliver the package but in the end I have to pay MORE for the receiver to go and COLLECT the damn package from a different area, all because the courier was too lazy to call the SENDER to find out what to do.How useless. I will never use Aramex again.
