Incredible Connection
Where do I even start. There's no customer service at all. Sales people look uninterested in their work, bought a laptop about a year ago it's not booting up so I took it in for tech support. The technician didn't even check warranty for me, he just told me i should get a new laptop as he doesn't recommend fixing the laptop, no proper diagnosis was given to me, so i still don't know what the issue is. Basically i wasted my time. Guess i will have to go some where else for tech support

Two weeks ago I had decided not to purchase in future at Incredible Connection at the Grove Mall. My decision has changed and I would like to thank the MANAGER and Johannes for everything they have done to sort out my issue. It is much appreciated, hence it was fitting for me to write this new review. Thank you for the manner in which you assisted. We received the best attention any good customer would expect. The stuff seem to have information on products in the shop, and they offer perfect recommendations to select pefect product for your need. I would recommend Incredible connection The Grove mall to anyone who is looking for good customer service.

Friendly and helpful service. Got what I wanted in a jiffy.On my second visit a month ago my wife and I was browsing for a backpack, trying to figure out what will best suit my needs and budget. After spending a few minutes, we left as now help was offered.On 12 November 2022 we returned to our backpack endeavour and Timothy came to our aid with great advice and assistance. He even did some research to assist with our purchase. I found a suitable product at a great price.

Very disappointed in there service. Explora Ultra. They had in stock but when I got my card out to pay. It was one more expensive and they install it. So no Explora for me.

Morning all Incredible ConnectionGrove sold me my 2 Nd A 33 5G same problem like the first one warms the screen up that you can't talk on the phone they told me when I bought the phone they have a problem.Why were I not told the first time with the first one I bought from them.The Phone are almost 3 years if you go on the date on the sticker only noticed that a week ago.

Incredible Connection
I am not happy with this shop and the staff. Got approval for Samsung S23 Ultra online, drove 35km and the staff would not even help me. NO EFFORT, NOTHING. The lady walking in the shop like a Zombie, Manager not even in the shop, walking around on the Mall. Staff in the shop doesn't even know where he went and will not make effort to get a hold of him. Pathetic!

Decent customer service,bought volcano headphones and after 6 months didn't work properly and they gave me new ones ,not even 1 month later they didn't charge,bought my new philips earbuds on the 11th of March and on Tuesday they didn't charge ,pls don't buy from them

Incredible Connection
Purchased a HP printer on 22 January 2023. Never worked properly ever. Took it back to them several times. Still no word from Incredible Connection as at 1 March 2023. Not recommended for after sales services. Warning!!
