Buying a house here would be the biggest mistake of your life, the rates are always incorrectly calculated, electricity is a problem its always off, their fiber is forever not working so I do not advise anyone to buy a house here

The houses are too small , expensive ,the area it's very loud especially on weekends and at night. it's parties every weekend . every time when Cosmo adds a new extension you will stay for weeks without power because our substation is too small to supply the whole power this has been happening since from 2018. it's 2021 we still have the same issues. I would not recommend their development. I regret buying here

Do not buy your house at Sky City Cosmopolitan projects you will regret. Customer service is very poor, when you have issues trust me no one will help you. Worse decision I ever made buying a house here at Sky City.
