We opted for additional warranty with the company. What a BIG Mistake. Even MRI approved agents refused to deal with them as they always have excuses not to cover anything. Tried to use on numerous occasions for different issues and always NOT COVERED!!!! So what do you pay for????? USELESS product that we paid for. Dealerships use it as marketing gimmick convincing you that you have warranty. Don't befooled
