Cape Patio

I placed my order on the 02/09/2022 and on the 09/09/2022 it was delivered at my house in the Northern Cape. It was super easy to assemble and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Reinhart & Andrea for your awesome service.

I received great service from Reinhardt Benade and his team from Cape Patio in the Strand. He was friendly and helpful when we visited the Cape Patio showroom. Upon order, I received my beautiful 8-seater patio set (and a bench for free as promotion) within the expected time indicated. One chair was unfortunately damaged in the transport process. Also, there was a small issue with the one leg of the bench. Within no time Reinhardt personally visited to fix the leg of the bench. About the damaged patio chair - I was kept up to date the whole time via email (thank you Andrea) and phone calls, and the transport company came to pick up the chair and replaced it with a new one. I am very happy, and am looking forward to outside braais in summer. Thank you for excellent service!

Thank you to Reinhardt - I have had the best service and feedback and updates from you. I ordered end of April and within one month the furniture was delivered in Namibia. We assembled the furniture ourselves and I have to say, it was so well packed with lots of extra/spare screws and fittings. Cape Patio distributes a South African product! Lovely finish. Small issue sorted out personally by Reinhardt who improved the assembly of the furniture too!
