I called them before hand to prepare my order so that by the time I got there I can just pay and collect. I struggled so long to get my order done that by the time it was placed I had alredy arrived. Only to wait a half hour anyway.

Terrible experience with this branch and will not be using them in the early future. We ordered on Mr D Foods and paid R121 for 1 combo just to get less then half of the chips in the packet. The same with the other combo we ordered. The Burgers were terrible and soggy, when I try to come in to contact with the shop they do not answer the phone if I call and there is no way to get hold of them. I would definitely not recommend them to any one.

Kitchen staff was slow and busy taking instead of working on orders. 4 burgers took over 45min to make. Watching them laugh and when I asked how long they would take a lady started shouting in Shona which I didn't understand. I found the service to be poor and rude.

Burgers are far from perfect. Buns are kinda stale and the taste of the rest is OK. Nothing to phone home about.
