I have ordered a flu pack today at about 14h00pm (Hoppies Springs) and called in 3 times asking about my delivery. only now i have been told that the driver is in Benoni and he won't make it in time as i knock of at 16h30.It would have been kind if i was told earlier and made plan b as i am in need of the medication, i am not happy at all.

Always a struggle to get medication delivered, staff are rude, when you phone to follow up on a order the Manager Julia just cancel your order. Will never support them again!

Please remind your nurse the tall dark one that every patient has a choice to medical treatment that suit her needs. I ask for injection as I was not feeling well,then she told me which one and found that very rude and very loud and defensive when I asked why and she was unprofessional.I love Hoppies but she need to improve her communication skills.

Good prices but as I have seen in other reviews as well and I agree the delivery system is horrible. I placed an order for medicine for my son yesterday and he is rather very sick they did not respond neither did they deliver and I asked them again this morning again no response and no delivery. Just phoned again and a friendly staff member is sorting it out for me but this was try 3

THEY HAVE THE WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM THERE!!Every time I order from them it takes 5 or 6 hours to get to me and best of all is the devilry address is not even three blocks away.

From the western medical to the African traditional & Natural Homeopathic Medicine.The staff is friendly , patient and helpful. Going there also feels like learning session because I’m always so curious to learn about the herbs. I’m always met with enthusiasm. Great prices. Great service . ✌️
