In my whole life I have never been this impressed with the services I got from The workshop. I am more than happy with Lens craftsmanship and expertise. He is a Golf R God to me and no one can do it better in my books

Sadly, I took my car here yesterday because the oil light was flashing. The owner said immediately that I needed to replace the oil pump and quoted me almost R5000!! I was distraught. Len (who has been my VW’s regular technician for maintenance) isnt there anymore so I searched for him for a second opinion, because I trust him implicitly. Turned out he has a new place in Dollar Drive. When Len opened the hood, it took him 2 seconds to fix the problem, turned out it just needed a NEW PLUG! The new plug costed me R130 and Len fitted it in 2 minutes. Long story short, in future I will go to the experts, Len, 107, Dollar Drive.

What great service I received from The workshop team. Quick diagnosis and fault finding of my vehicles engine problem. Friendly team and timeous updates regarding the vehicle progress. I'll definitely be taking my car back to the workshop for future repairs and service.

Not happy. I took my car in for a major 100 000km service and they didn't change my spark plugs which I had requested and paid for. I only found this out after almost breaking down on the highway with the car going into limp mode ,I then had to pay VW mechanics to resolve this issue on the day. After reporting this I was told they forgot" to put in my plugs and a story about a mechanic working there who steals parts which only made me less confident.I've had great experiences with my past services at other approved centers but this has thrown me off

There is this guy called Len from The Workshop, he knows the story when it's come to what he does. He is very quick at the same time he is exact with his mechanics. It took him just less than a day to fix my car, it feels like I'm driving a new car all together, keep the good work brother, you are perfect.

On Friday the 19th of May i towed my vehicle to The Workshop. When i reached The Workshop i asked for Len , a tall indian gentleman acknowledged he was Len. I explain what i needed done to my vehicle,i was told to pay R850 to see what was wrong even though i told them what the problem was. I came in today only to find out that the gentleman lied to me that he was Len who hasnt been working there since March. My vehicle was still not fixed as the didnt get a mechanic as yet, where as i needed my vehicle today to pick my father up from hospital who is battling with cancer. I am very upset with the bad customer service i have received. Now i had pay again for a tow truck to take it to another workshop. I called the owner of The Workshop to getvmy R850 back where i was rudely spoken to and was declined getting my money back. People please beware The Workshop is out to rob people. I will never take my car or refer anyone to The Workshop. Please be aware Len does not work at The Workshop

The mechanic who made this place is no longer there and the guys who are running it now know nothing about cars, Thursday I was quoted R7560 for a job that I ended up paying R600. The better workshop is at 107 Dollar drive thats where the guy opened up his own place

The workshop is the best place to fix your car. The guys are so friendly . Professionalism is on another level, from the lady in the reception to the guys. They keep on informing you on the progress, they go with you in each and every step. They don't take forever to fix your car. It's like I'm driving a new car the way they fixed it. It's so performing on the road. I'm a super happy client. If you dont want headache this is the place.Keep up the good work guys. Thumbs up.
