This morning I went into the Blue Route Vodacom shop and was helped, thankfully, by Thandoka! She is absolutely amazing! She greeted me by my name despite that I have not been into the branch for over 10 months! She is so professional, efficient and helpful and always has a welcoming smile. She has helped me over many years and never waivers in the level of service she gives. Vodacom, she is a true asset to your company and many of your employers could take a leaf out of her book.Thank you Thandoka for your wonderful and consistent service!

I recently got a contact with Vodacom.The process was smooth and easy, but part of my contract still hasn't been fulfilled.I'm still waiting for my watch after 3+ weeks. I called multiple times, but I don't get any further updates as I've been told I'd get.

Thanks to Andrea for the amazing service she was extremely patient with me in getting my uprated done. Special thanks to the Samsung reps Chanelle and Rodney guys really went out of there way to assist and make sure my new phone was setup.

They never answer the phone. Initially a negative review…Update: So Ebie saw my missed calls. Not only did he call me back after seeing the missed calls but he made a plan to arrange my upgrades and really went the extra mile to make it happen. Much appreciated since I have been waiting since November for stock from other stores.

The first time I was interested in 3 cells and Senebhongo patiently took me through them. The second time he ran through & clearly explained the features on the phone I was interested in. Kept in contact with me for the week while waiting for the new phone to become available. On the 3rd visit I purchased the phone with extras. He set up my phone, guided me, advised me and slowed down to clarify and speak my non~tech language. His multi-tasking ability is hilarious when anyone else would be mind-boggled .....setting up the new cellphone, dealing with me , answering in-shop questions and ushering new customers in the right direction to other colleagues. And wonderful....when he did not know an answer, he easily called upon other helpful and likeable teammates. The shop has wonderful energy from this group of intelligent, clear, patient, humourous and lively young men. Thank you Sene. I so appreciate your knowledge, kindness and efficiency. With people like you, this shop easily surpasses the sluggish & dull attitudes in other shops. Vodacom's asett lies in young men as Senebhongo. What a pleasant experience!

Shop itself is good. Be warned they have an aggressive manager or co manager. With zero people skills and trying to deflect onto customers. I have taken my business elsewhere and had a completely different experience with a different vodacom.
