PostNet Midstream (Centurion)

The worst service ever! And not just for a Postnet but for any business. I've been there various times (I do not give a bad rating after only been at a place once) and the service is terrible. The staff is incompetent and have absolutely NO interest in the Clients and helping / assisting the Clients. Not ones did anyone ask if I need assistance. I had to ask to be helped and NO it wasn't busy those times and there were staff just standing around. And on two occasions the staff is busy with personal things and it was clearly stated they're busy and cannot help me when asked and not one of the other staff showed interest in helping me. From the various times I've been there, twice I just walked out at the end because the Client comes last.

I was basically chased away by the “manager” for asking to print on my own paper and being informed how that will “never be allowed in my store” and that I must go elsewhere. I can understand if its against company policy, which I wouldn’t hold against them, but the way in which I was spoken to was uncalled for and unnecessary. They just lost a client for life, kindness and respect is free and it’s something you won’t get from the “manager” of Postnet Midstream.

What a GREAT experience. So patient with me....bit technology slow. Had to print emails. All personnel so friendly and helpful.Thank you 1000 times.

This is the worst postnet I have been to in my life, not because of their service but because the staffs attitude stinks. I have been going to this postnet for the past SEVEN YEARS and they have such a negative demeanor and make you feel unwelcome as if they do not want you in the store. I only go there if i am desperate to print, otherwise id rather drive anywhere else, like i have been doing for the past few years. These ladies need a major attitude check and customer service training.

Shaun went out of his way to assist me. A mix up with my parcel resulted in a major problem gor me .. involving a family member. Shaun went the extra mile and assisted me. It was not Postnet 's error but a company they work with. Shaun gave me something which is very rare today and that is quality service and going the extra mile. Thank you Shsun. I will never forget your help.

Absolutely the worst service and place to do business ever....Owner has a I dont care attitude.After a discussion she claims she does not care about Google ratings or social media, what a joke.Great example from Caroline the owner

Horrible service. Deliberately dont answer my phone calls. Paid for my service on saturday at 12 lunch time when they close at 14:00pm and still have not heard back. WORST SERVICE!

Been here numerous times and the service has sadly always been slow & staff seem uninterested in assisting. Don't offer the full range of services as at other postnets (certifying of docs for instance). I'd rather drive further for a better experience in service offering!

I have used Postnet for quite some printing and very recently vinyls. Shaun goes out of his way to serve his clients. On the day of my request, I received my quote that same day for the vinyls. After receipt of the quote, Shaun kept his finger on the pulse regarding design and the printing thereof. I would recommend this Postnet branch to ANYONE.
