Recycled Cardboard Boxes
Poor communication and customer care. I ordered online a moving kit which includes medium boxes. The site FAQS states that these “are ideal for books or office files etc” Unfortunately they have proven to be unsuitable for that purpose so I wanted to exchange them with doubled walled ones. I was asked to pay a delivery fee again which I find improper as the exchange is necessary due to an incorrect information on their website. No reply to my subsequent requests/messages. Disappointing.

Great Service and Product! Boxes were in good condition and way STRONGER than some new moving boxes I've seen (we filled medium boxes with books and they took the weight no problem). Moving kit for 4 bed home had ample boxes for a good price. Ordered late on a Friday afternoon and got the order Monday. Very impressed!

I placed an order yesterday and received the boxes (and other things I ordered) today - the boxes are very high quality and thick, and perfect for my upcoming move. It took all the stress out of having to source boxes and the information on the website with regards to sizing was incredibly helpful. Will definitely order again whenever I need boxes and would recommend to anyone with a pending move.

Super speedy service and they went above and beyond! I made my order early this morning, and immediately got a follow-up from Romeo to arrange a collection time from their store. Since my availability today didn't completely align with his, he offered to deliver my boxes to me free of charge - and was at my house less than 30 minutes later! Much appreciated, really great.
