Ordered a salted caramel milkshake. Got no flavouring. Asked if them if they did put flavouring. They took it back. And gave it back to me asking is it right now". I said it should be and walked out. Then I tasted it. They ... Purposefully... Put soooo much flavouring in it. My sister refused to let me drink it and threw it in the bin. It would have definitely made me sick. Terrible service."

Can’t even give them a 1 star rating because the service is pathetic as the establishment…Ordered a 1,5lt coke at R30 the guy did not advise me that they didn’t have stock of cups .. after recieving our meals and coke …he said he doesn’t have cups only straws …how does he expect 6 people to drink of 1 coke ? Then after the manager was called and he charged us R4 per cup very disappointed with this … don’t care attitudes and very rude staff!

Most horrific Steers I have ever been to, staff absolutely useless and rude. Chicken was completely off. This steers is not at all close to the/an acceptable standard, this needs to be addressed. No slips given, no sauce, not one cool drink in the fridge nor was the fridge working, place is an absolute mess. I am completely put off. This steers should be closed down.

Called thos outlet before 19H00 after that the phome was off the hook and went to tje store at 19H20 they were bisy xleaning and cashier looked so angry when I wanted to buy becouse she was busy cleaning Ice cream machine.

You guys can do better. We went there for burgers with my parents. The only two tables that were available were dirty. We stood there waiting for someone to come and clear the tables for us and they did see us waiting only when we sat down one guy came to cleanup. Didn’t even greet us.

Horrible customer service we ordered a simple meal and waited 2 hours and 20 minutes to receive cold burgers and stale chips .
