Be careful of doing you're firearms with them.As soon as you are done writing your exams and done shooting they don't want to give your certificate to you even if you already paid them 5 months ago.They say they need to pay the firearm training company first before you can receive your certificate.they say there is only certain days payment are make to other companies that I do understand.But the lady I delt with told me I have to wait a hole month for them to do the payment.Then after I will get my certificate.The payment was done 5 days ago.and cense then there is just excuses why I can not get certificate.1st was she was waiting for the POP from the financial department that went on for a few days then finally she got the POP and have send it to the firearm training company.Then the excuse was the instructor can not sign it off because his license is expired.Then that cost me another day.Then suddenly there is someone else that can sign it off.So now apparently it is signed off and now the firearm training company can not send an email because they have loadshedding but everytime I was there there was n generator running for the loadshedding.I am so frustrated with all of this excusesOo yes last thing the lady dealing with the firearms is really rude she thinks people are dumb and don't know how things in life works or how company's workReally need to learn some manners how to talk to clients and deliver client services

The receptionist lady is unnecessarily RUDE. She assumed she knew what I was calling in regards to, then she gave me a rude response and hung up on me while I was still talking...WOW

Reception is useless, would never deal with this company purely because of her - in such a competitive market you would really expect and eager and willing to help individual, however this is not the case. In my closing words I would rather eat both of my kidneys than deal with her.I hope my message is clear.

The company is good, problem is their recruitment criteria, they hire some people who lack common knowledge. I forgot to declare one of my laptops when I was getting , the other I had already declared it.Previous day, I brought 1 laptop with the sticker, I left it inside when I knock off, my friend took it for me. They refused him to take it out. Following day , I brought another laptop which I forgot to declare.It's exam time now. They took both of my laptops. I wrote statements, there is nothing which I could do I did not do to get my laptops back from them.I asked them to allow me to write my assignment under their watchful" eye. They refused.They told me they want to investigate and I must bring receipts for the laptops.I am going to miss my exam only because of that.Am sure the court is going to interested in this matter.Omega knock sense to your employees they are simply going to cost you money."

The company is good and they offer good security jobs that pay very well. I worked there two years ago.

Requested a quotation from them and got no response. Then followed up with their Management who assured me I'll get a response, and still nothing. Very unprofessional.

Called them, had a rude receptionist answer the phone, I was asked to email them but no feedback, it doesn't seem like they care about any customers or the revenue they bring in.
