Horrible customer service and very dishonest. The damage on the car wasn't terrible ( right headlight and bumper) and was promised no longer than two weeks by Busani and the car has been there now for over a month and time for the rental has ended and have no means of transportation to work When i asked what was taking so long, i was given 3 different reasons and i wouldnt have known if i hadn't called first. Literally the worst customer service ever experienced.

My vehicle was involved in an accident and was towed in, work carried out is outstanding and i can't even tell after the repairs were completed. Andrea was my service advisor and she went beyond expectations to help me to get my vehicle back in record time. Very happy with the service i got and will definitely recommend them. Can never get a straight answer or any responses to email, Quote on parts that they can't get. surely if you ask for a quote you ask if the part is available. They are not concerned as to whether I have transport or not, never seem to have courteousy cars, can never give an eta, so with the unavailable parts it could be 3 months who knows. I thought they were a good and caring company, I was sadly mistaken. Is they had a -5 in star ratings thats would be it.

Extremely happy with my vehicle repair. Great service. Beautiful and spacious waiting area. Friendly staff. The only pitfall is the entrance which is on the main road and dangerous to exit with traffic.

Called for a quote as requested by insurance company. Spoke to allan. Immediately declined to assist stating that they dont do 3rd party quotes. Either you want the business or not? No wonder you score so poorly on google rankings. Will take business to another panel beater. Poor service. From reading all

Please don’t send your cars here. My car has been with them for 2 months. They never provided me with a courtesy car after I asked repeatedly. I had to rent one myself at my own cost. The staff there are rude and unhelpful including the manager. They messed my car up so badly it’s in a worse state than I sent it in. Let’s not forget my car was absolutely filthy inside and even the boot. They demanded that I pay them excess even after providing me with pathetic service and leaving my car in an unroadworthy state! Please don’t send your cars to this business. I am extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed; my car was taken to their Pinetown branch by Discovery without my knowledge. First, they took about 2 weeks extra to the time promised. Since I collected the car back, the back sit doesn’t hook properly, the heating pins on the back windshield were not put back, every time I use aircon or it rains, the car get filled with water which is causing rusting in the boot and under the carpet etcTried contacting them since 2021, I gave up but the problems keep getting worse. Contact them again this year, manager promised to call me back and I’ve been waiting for days.

Went to fetch a vehicle that they said was completed, only to find a ton of overspray and drips. To make matters worse the dust covers were placed and not tensioned down with any screws. Front bumper was cable tied to the bottom of the cradle below the radiator. The cherry on top was, the vehicle comes standard with fog lights and the floor staff were adamant it doesn’t so they did not fit them or order any fogs. Disappointing for such a big company to work like this.
