Worst service ever I bought a coffee table on the 5th of Feb 2023 till todate I hvnt received my order. No update none whatsoever. Keep on calling to track my oder. Then I was told it will arrive on the 14th of April. I decide to call in on Tuesday now I won't be getting my order. Due to some challenges. A refund will be paid as to when they don't know. What a pathetic service never ever

The worst service ever! They don't bother keeping you updated on your order, website says they have stock but they still make you wait for your order. Will never buy from here ever as it is a complete waste of time and money. Highly disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone. I have to constantly message to find out the status of my order. I requested for a refund as it has been 6 weeks already and would just like to have my money back and not deal further with this business

Dear whoeverINV 48538 Lynn DiljanOn the 10th of December 2022 ,we bought Grant dining table and chairs.(R12 300.00)We were informed that delivery will take 4 weeks. After week 4 ,we approached the shop in Boksburg and we were told all sorts of lies.Ultimately, we were told that the furniture would only arrive in March 2023, if we were told this from the word go ,a purchase would never have been made.Ultimately on the 23rd of January 2023 we requested for a refund, your policy is 30 working days.I requested proof that the refund was processed , but the consultant said there is no proof and I also cannot speak to a Manager as there are none at the Midrand Branch.Could someone get back to me , ascertain us that the refund will in fact be paid, supply proof to this effect.THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED , HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING .Layla Mentor promised via e-mail that our refund will be actioned on the 8th March 2023, but she has been missing since and does not want to take our calls.The latest communication with CW , customer support manager, i was told to wait another 30 days, for what. Criminal/theft/fraud.

IF YOU WANT A PEACE OF MIND I URGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! THEIR SERVICE IS APPALLING! I WAS TOLD MY COUCHES WILL BE READY IN LESS THAN 4 WEEKS FAST FORWARD TO THE 6TH WEEK NOW! Worst service ever, I had paid for a couch in July 2022, I was told 4 weeks lead time. the expected delivery time came, no one contacted me to inform me of delays, if I don't call or send messages no one bothers to contact me. this had been going on for the past several months, and with each phone call I made, the promise will be delivered will be next Monday. I have asked for my refund. even if that is not coming through, I have waited now 30 days, and I was told 14 days. I just want my money please and I promise I will never buy anything from this company that is full of dishonest people.

I would Urge the public not to buy from any clearance warehouse branch.We have been waiting for a order for four month.After we were assured the order will be ready. A week later we were supposed to get a refund.No that we follow up on the refund, they are under business rescue!!!

So unreliable, I have a lay-by for couches which I did in store and they just moved without even notifying us now I’m not even certain if the store is even legit or they’re just scammers. I called the store and their customer service is even poorer now I’m in an uncertainty of whether I should continue, I just want my money back. I don’t trust them.

Will never do business with them again or advise anyone to support them...no customer service whatsoever. It's now been more than 4 months going 5mnths since I have ordered a lounge suite and paid the full amount upfront in CASH. Only service they give give are empty promises. One excuse after the other, 4 months in, no delivery or refund. I've been trying to to get hold of them but they simply just ignore any calls. The don't bother to call back, respond ,reply or try to get in contact with me. Over 4weeks now and still trying to get my money back !!! But to no avail. But in the mean time they are earning interest on my money for not doing anything. Why do you as a customer who paid cash in full amount upfront for something need to keep on beginning them them for your own money that you have worked hard for.but they give a shitor anything from their side. SCAM / FRAUD
