Waited an hour and 45 min (!nearly 2 hours ) for an order. People that came after me and ordered larger meals were served before me.

This Burger King have their own rules, it was my first time seeing an assistant on the drinks department, they don’t do refills. They put for you and also put half the cut cause they in a rush.

Ordered a breakfast wrap and got a sauce wrap instead. Ordered a bunch of donuts as well and they didn't have a bag to put them in so I had to bring my own bag

What a disappointment of a McDonald's!1. One whole McFeast meal missing2. 4 Medium cokes all of them half, and this was not the drivers fault, the cup tops were not placed on the cups because they were too small. I tried myself to close the cups, impossible.The kiddies cup whose cap fitted fid not spill at all.3. The telepbone number provided is out of order, so there is no way of communicating with the franchise, it's impossible to get hold of this restaurant.4. The driver had no interest on The missing items or the fact that everything was wet, he even gave me the wet straws.Oh I will never be ordering from this McDonalds ever again, and if asked for a recommendation I would suggest to friend or foe to never make the mistake of ordering from McDonald's Hatfield Square.

Yesterday I decided to visit Hatfield with a friend late at night around 9pm. We ordered and we wanted a sit in, so as we looked for a table, all available tables were dirty. With so much kindness, we asked the staff to clear one table for us so that we can eat. They told us that they were closing so we must look for a clean table, they will not clean a table for us. Our order came in a bag instead of a tray, we sat down and left still looking at messy tables and they had not yet closed when we left. I ordered a McFeast Delux, was it not dry like a Big Mac?. I was not so much happy with their service at all shame.

Good proximity for students area, the night life and for late workers too, great staff & I love the service offer. Security is tight around the area its very safe to eat there or grab a takeaway. The new branding gives it a glow.

Store on webside said open, the doors are open, but was told very rudely by the lady working behind the pastries they not open, I asked what time they open and she very rudely no customer service stated maybe 6.30. Is this how you trained your staff to speak to clients?

I had ordered food for my daughter through Urber eats. The driver returned to the store with the food without offering any plausible explanation. When we went to the store to collect the order in person, we were told, rather rudely, that we needed to get a refund from Uber eats. My question is; what is the difficulty in simply giving us the food we had ordered, instead of having to go though the complicated process of obtaining a refund. I would have thought that McDonalds would be comfortable with the idea of retaining a customer?In addition, trying to call the store on the number provided is a nightmare, to put it mildly. Why is it that the phone line is not attended to? Are the staff too busy to take calls from Customers?

Lovely service, love the music they play there and the vibes is too good, maybe it was because it was a Friday not sure but I got the best service ever.
