I place an order with mcdonald app the processed the order and debit my bank account for the amount but they never delivered my order and didn't even respond to if I must order again also I didn't get the refund as yet

I ordered 4 milkshakes on Saturday at about 13:22 while on a drive thru at McDonald's Middleburg. Was never asked the sizes. The cashier on the window teller hidden her name tag told me the total cost was R109.00. Without verifying with me order she brought speedpoint machine for me to tag my bank card and gave me my payment receipt with card and I drove to collect order.To my surprise the order was 3 regular and 1 medium milkshakes. In my car was my wife, 2 kids and me. We were shocked to receive order with different sizes of milkshakes. We refused to take it because we wanted the medium sizes. At collection window the servers changed the sizes to regular size all of them.To make matters worse the vanilla milkshakes were just raw vanilla and milk. They were so tasteless that my kids refused to drink it saying it is too sweet and not nice.He begged us not to buy milkshakes at Macdonald again. After few minutes being left in the car cupholders, I wanted to buy ice to add to vanilla cups. When I opened the cups the vanilla changed to grayish-black colour. My wife said we should throw them away before getting sick. The chocolate was better because I managed to finish it. I don't think I will order the milkshakes at Middleburg Macdonald on Cowen Ntuli Street.The service was extremely poor due to frustrations and anger we couldn't keep a track of records except my proof of payment from my bank history transaction.

On our way to Limpppo stopped quickly to get some chicken nuggets. and chipsTo our astonishment when we opened our paperbag first there were no serviettes, no tomato sauce for the chips. To top that the nuggets were ice cold and NOT COOKED.NEVER expected such a sloppy service from McDonald's.
