It was a pleasant surprise. My husband was impressed with his breakfast, said it tasted home cooked. I was looking for something light and ordered a vetkoek with jam. O my word, the vetkoek was about three portions. Would have loved some homemade jams, instead of catering jams but it was still good. Love the decor and atmosphere. They didn't mind our small foxie. Great shop with something for everyone. A well worth stop.

Wonder gem on the way to Bela Bela. The staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. It's definitely worth stopping there. There is also a little shop next to the restaurant with everything from snacks to apparel.

If you're going towards Bela-Bela - DO STOP here!!!!! Hein chose the steak, egg and chips. I ordered the skilpadjies (liver in caul fat) with chips. Delicious!!!!!!! The menu’s name is ‘Seven Dwarfs’ – when we asked the waitress why that name, she said because there used to be 7 men working at the restaurant.Besides the delicious food, they have a separate building with all kinds of interesting items to buy.

A very nice countree resturant in the heart of the bushveld. A real bushveld atmosphere. The waiters are very friendly and efficiant and also sets the bushveld trendy atmosphere. A very enjoyable visit. The food is great and also well presented. When you are in the Bela-Bela area this is a place to be. Enjoy your visit.

Toeka se dae is one of the places you have to stop at when going to Bela Bela or passing by. It is right next to the N1 highway. Staff is very friendly and the food is amazing! We had a buffet breakfast with family after a wedding. It's a unique designed place with a bar, restaurant and shop. Great place to go to when you want to go for a breakfast run with friends (especially for bikers). It's child friendly with a playground for the kids.

Finally managed to have lunch at Toeka se dae restaurant. Fast and friendly service with a great menu of things that you’d expect at a farmstall: vetkoek, burgers, bobotie, toasties and steak. Decor is very entertaining.

Lovely breakfast (pap and wors) and toasted biltong with cheese. Coffee (with condensmilk) was awesome.But....and this is not to complain but for awareness. I asked for a kaings add-on. I received half a small plate (17 pieces) for R50. Will not do that again. Rather have another coffee.Really lovely place with lots of character. Do not walk into the shop if you do not want to buy anything you will change your mind inside.

This place is near Bela Bela. Stopped on our way back from a Game Lodge in the Rooiberg area.Lots of goodies, gifts to buy at the one shops.Restaurant is nice place to eat. Great vibe!. Food nice. It is just a little bit hot in the Restaurant. No fans !. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Thank you

Stop here before you reach Kranskop plaza on your way to the north or after Kranskop when you go to the south.Accessible and well stocked with the over above the usual goods you find in retail stores. A throwback to the olden days where there was home made goods and products.A must stop place
