Stunning selection of quality kitchen and bathroom accessories at prices that are affordable. Store is well laid out and staff are super helpful. They were able to help me out on an item purchased 12 years ago from the same store. Ample parking available and lots of high end brands to choose from. Highly recommend even if just for the concepts or ideas.

The Italtile uMhlanga branch is nothing short of exceptional. The minute you approach the store your expectations are set very high especially as they have used their store as a canvas to display their stunning tile range. Our expectations were greatly exceeded, the tiles we were able to get were beautiful and affordable and the customer service unmatched by any other tile outlet.Clinton definitely went out of his way to ensure we got the best deal for our desired tiles. His stellar Customer service went beyond what was expected. Clinton further ensured our customer satisfaction even by personally making cappuccinos, refreshments and gifting us with lovely Italtile Merch.Next time you need to do small scale revamp or whole construction, consider Italtile Umhlanga. Your wallet will ache but you'll definitely be smiling.

I visited them on two occasions in the past two weeks to shop for tiles for my home renovation. The layout in the store is great and the range of tiles great as well. Their quality is good and their prices very keen compared to other upmarket competitors

Very Very impressed. The products offered very different range and are totally new aged. The service was good on the floor. The layout was neat and tidy. The exibits were really well done.The only down side are the prices are slightly higher that I would hope. And there wasn't a expansive range of out door tiles.

Excellent layout, beautiful range and warm welcoming staff with loads of patience. Nikhiel and Clinton were exceptional, guiding me through my wild imagination and indecisiveness. The shopping experience and customer service was tops for me, made every cent spent there worth it.
