My husband had photos taken today & when he got home & opened the envelope there were only 5 photos instead of 6 !!! Wonder where the missing one is .. in the bin with the waste ???

No complaints. Went for visa photos, which were taken immediately. We were asked to give them 15 minutes to print them since loadshedding had just ended. Went for a walk in the mall and got back, where the photos were good to go. Price is a little steep for this particular service.

WORST SERVICE EVER, if you are willing to waste your time and still NOT get assisted this is a place to go. I dropped off 2 pictures and sent one via Bluetooth to get them enlarged and I was instructed to come collect the pictures in an hour. When I returned after an hour they had not started. I had to wait while they were looking for the pictures I gave them. No apology, No regard for customer service. Such a disappointment, You guys had one Job to do and you failed!

Great experience at this branch. The staff is very friendly, attentive and willing to help. They work fast and deliver top quality products. A wide variety of services and products are available: printing on paper, canvas, T-shirts, normal photos, scanning, laminating and much more. Various photography equipment, frames and accessories are also for sale. Highly recommend Foto First in Cresta.
