Hirsch's Milnerton

Amazing service, bought 2 products on Special (bad idea) Hisense TV and samsung microwave. Both work great but........ The TV remote - the range is about 2meter max, so doesnt reach from my couch also the wifi signal also weak so wifi doesnt reach either.Microwave - doesn't save the time setting so every single time power is off (load shedding) it resets and doesn't remember. Had to leave the stupid thing with wrong time as resetting it 3 times a days is not fun just ridiculous. My feedback - notify your clients before purchasing of possible faults in product!

Was promised a refund would be processed on Thursday the 15th June and I should get it by Monday the 19th, today is the 19th after following up I’m told only today my refund will be processed. They are rude and inconsiderate. Imagine people who had no stock of the item then taking a week to refund the money.I visited the store to buy 18kg washing machine. They displaced the wrong size (13kg), thank you to the security guy who spotted this which was missed by 2 staff members.Next thing when the right size comes, the side of it is damaged (very few chances that they stores didn’t know) that this last unit was damaged, immediately i asked for a refund, then i was asked to consider another machine with a dent. i refused then i was asked to hold on while they trying to get me a discount on the display model, R500 discount was offered i refused and asked for my refund.I was again asked to hang on while some other guy tries to negotiate more discount, so he was on the phone and comes and offers me a different brand or the dented machine.Even though he maybe thought he was offering a good service, the process came across as disrespectful since so much of my time had been wasted and still my money wasn’t refunded to me on the day.

Tried to buy a Samsung Bespoke fridge on a cash back deal. Had the cash, but it was easier to pull my teeth using my fingers that have this transaction done.! Clearly don't need sales, just advertise for the heck of it!

Terrible service. Very overpriced. I was charged for a part on my defy stove more than double what defy actually charged me. So the put up more than 100% mark-up which is ridiculous. I would advise anyone to rather shop around,do a bit of homework regarding prices. You will definitely get it much cheaper,even at the agents itself who all sell directly to the public. I will never set foot in a Hirch branch again.

Staff used to be keen and interested to help.. Now you have to pry them from their phones and chats with their buddies.. So they have lost another customer.

We visited Hirsch's on Easter Monday and were met by an underwhelming sales person without much motivation or energy, which I could totally understand considering I'd have likely felt the same on Easter Monday. I was more knowledgeable about their Easter promotion than than he was, after about 5 minutes of Googling at home that morning.Shortly after arriving home, we got a WhatsApp advising that our delivery would happen the next day and that the driver would be in touch. This is where things took a turn for the worst!The driver contacted my husband at 12:00 today to say that he'd be with us in 30 minutes, so my husband sent him a location PIN. I then rushed home to meet him, but by 12:50 he hadn't arrived.By then, my dogs had also been locked away for 20 minutes already! At this point, he phoned my husband to say that he'd contacted the wrong customer to arrange delivery and that he'd only get to us between 14:00 and 15:00!My husband then gets special permission to leave work early to ensure he's home from 14:00 onwards to meet the driver. However, by 15:30 he had STILL not arrived and STILL not bothered to let my husband know where he was.I then phoned the store to inform them of this poor display, and was told that the driver was en-route"

I am impressed. I can highly recommend Hirsch's to the public out there. The staff is friendly and welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Hirsch's specializes in the best products you can get in the world and the most competent staff. Mrs. Hirsch is a real Gem and Mr. HirSch is a wonderful man.The staff is really awesome and so is the products and especially the owners. The shop looks always nice and presentable and are kept clean by such stunning cleaning ladies. This is the company to fit out your interiors. There is a new showroom pro- spec concepts, a company that will fit out your house with beautiful stunning interiors, cabinets and Quartz counter tops for your whole home and they specialize in Landscaping, interior design services and of course building. Thank you for this wonderful opera unity to share my views.

They where amazing at helping me choose my gas stove. The service was excellent. Would definitely go back there for there help in finding more appliances
