It’s a nice place to stay but very poor customer service. When I moved in there a there were alot of things that needed fixing in the apartment. They took 2 months to attend to it and when they did they blamed me for the faults found in the flat. When I was meant to move out I was told by security that I wasn’t on the moving out list. I was very confused because they had been calling and harassing me with emails that I should make sure I am out by the ending day of the month. When it was finally time to get my deposit back they just ignored my email for weeks!Terrible customer service I must say. Would not recommend.

We received Bad service from Londile from the1st day we went to view the place. Few days later we put in our application and girl called us to ask us irrelevant questions of which those questions were on the application form and we had answered them. She doesn't have customer service skills and I feel like she didn't know what she was doing and also she wanted us to beg her to do her job.We really liked the place and I wish there was someone else who was more willing to assist us.

The Leo Lifestyle apartments is a very affordable place with reasonable prices. The services are very. Londy from the staff, who was assisting me was very generous and didn’t withhold any information even the receptionist and the securities. The space is very reasonable and the from the inside and outside. I’m very happy with the services.

Ì regret allowing my daughter to stay there. The stuff is incompetent, especially in terms of leases and moves. Yet they pay so much money for convenience but are treated like they stay rent-free.Communication is poor. They made my daughter sign a lease for a unit that was occupied and then inconvenience her and her belong but moving her from one unit to another.

Pros:It's a new development so everything is brand new.Their one bedroom is cozy if you don't have too much furniture you can make it works, if not their two bedrooms are spacious.Their gym is well equipped needs a bit of tweaking though.Amped security guards.Ideally if you work around Calton centre, ABSA or surrounding areas. It's still a new development so a lot will come. They've got washing basins if you like to wash your own clothes, if you don't there is a laundromat.Convenient stores for basic stuff. It's has a braai and kids place on the rooftop.ConsIt's a new development so you'll basically be a tester.Their shower heads not so ideally, I spend 5 to 10 minutes wiping the bathroom floors cause of that. - solutions buy your own shower head and a water blockerTheir water pressure is low, I have to flush a couple of times.Their ISP is still new by the looks of it, fiber connection not that reliable but they still new.Not an ideally location if you don't own a car like me but it's a good walking workout.Still a new development so there's a bit of construction noise now and then.Visitors pack in uncovered packing, bad for rainy days.Visitors are required to show ID like it is a student accommodationGym is only opened during certain house which defeats the purpose of having an in-house gym.All in all it's a new development it will get better in time.

Loved staying at the Leo mostly because the apartments are very nice and modern. Then the staff and the security are very friendly and you get assistance with whatever you need immediately. my most favorite thing about the leo was the view, at night you would swear you are living in new york, that's how nice the view is. The other thing is the roof tops, now that is an amazing place

I loved staying at the the Leo firstly because of how nice the building was, great price and modern in its own right. The staff throughout the entire place, from security to reception have been very hospitable and always ready to help whenever I needed them.
