What a great store! Huge selection of goods including garden and home, kitchen essentials and decor. Reasonably priced and fantastic staff!

This store is amazing. BUT, you will need a few hours!!! Amazing lighting in particular. Also, a lot neater than most and everything is displayed in a well and orderly fashion. There are also many shop assistants to help you. Really an awesome place to shop.

You can get almost anything here (aside from food, of course) and the prices are very good and affordable. Stuff are a bit cluttered, but that isn't really a problem since there is a lot of space to walk around and stuff are really easy to find. Highly recommend this place.

I love this shop, it has so many lovely things there but unfortunately the manger is very rude. The products are extremely expensive and also never has any prices tags on them. We have asked the manger to fix the problem with the price tags but it's been over 2 months and yet nothing has changed.

The teller tells me they don’t do returns on beauty products but will call the manager and enquire.Manager gets there and asks - “ was the thing fine when you left the shop? Train your managers because the staff clearly understand and respect customers.Still a 1star from me your reply is futile so is the service there - would not recommend that place to nobody.

A upscale, more organized, professional kind of China Town. It has everything so make sure you have enough time to browse because you will want to. You can also register to earn points for every purchase made, no card - your cellphone number is used.

Recently brought me a travel bag with decent price and good quality - electronic section is nice - especially the lights and lighting

This store hidden away in Bayview Mall certainly is delightful as it's packed with lots of stuff unlike you will find in a big brand store anywhere in South Africa.Staff are generally helpful and take time to explain how things work and what is available.In particular, the home, hardware and electric lights sections are quite extensive and there is a wide range and price points.Given the South African context, one has to add that they operate during load shedding - a feat that some businesses in the mall do not manage.Pricing is good for most things and you certainly get what you pay for.

A great place to find a wide variety of affordable items from kitchenware to furniture to toys. And they seem to be of adequate/good quality.However, I cannot excuse poor service and that's one thing this place seems to have in abundance. I was not offered helped once in the entire half an hour I spent at the store. And when I did eventually ask for an item, the attendant just waved me off in a general direction without even looking at me or explaining.In addition to that, I was made to pay for an item that was not damaged by me, but simply because I was available to be blamed.But I think the worst part of that experience was that it really seemed like they could not care less about what I had to say as the customer.Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Refunded a faulty SD card no problems. Great shop, good prices... Do recommend.
