Pathetic service from the store. Sent a watch for repairs 2 months later no feedback not a call or an email. I have called so many times but keep getting the run around. If I can make a suggestion do not deal with this store at all poor customer service.

I took my watch for repair to replace the glass , the watch went missing l don't know how, l call them the said l can come to have another watch l went to shop three times . I don't find the similar watch . Am very un happy l ove my watch the miss place

Brought my fossil watch in for a battery replacement at the V&A store today and the watch is only two months old and the 1st time I'm wearing it today.....After waiting about 10min a staff member came into the store and took the watch and after about 5min in the back he comes out saying that the branch does not have the tools to replace my battery and I must go to watch republic in greenpoint???? Fossil doesn't have or not equipped with the correct tools to replace the batteries their own watches ????? Omw.....Really shocked at this....

Awesome staff and serviceNeeded a strap for my Fossil, and two stores in Cape Town were so reluctant to assist, with the excuse it will take 6 to 8 weeks.Waterfront immediately took my details, the first store to do that, and said they will contact me once the strap is in store. I expected 7 weeks, however, in 5 days I received the call that it is ready for collection!!To the team in store, you make me believe that there is still hope and service in this country.

Awesome service at V&A waterfront fossil store. I was not going to deal with fossil anymore after my experience at their store in Canal walk. But these 2 ladies changed my mind. They were very professional and knew about the products they were selling. It showed that they took pride in their job. We bought a watch for my husband. He is loving it. They adjusted the watch straps very quick. I had per mission to post their pictures in this post. Thank you guys.

I went here to buy a purse and left with much more than that. Often in these stores I find the staff judge you by what you are wearing to determine whether you can afford something or not and I hate it. This often happens when I go to the Fossil store at canal walk.The staff at the V & A store were welcoming and friendly and very patient. I will go back there anytime. Thank you for brilliant customer service.

After countless attempts at getting a decent answer, I am STILL waiting for my watch that was handed in for repairs in AUGUST! I eventually got hold of someone from 'head office ', who promised me it would be expedited...yet another empty promise! I'm at my wit's end!!!

My husband purchased me a birthday gift here which is a Hybrid watch. The staff was very friendly but did not inform us that the batery life only last 6 months and then need to replace every 6 months. I only found out when my battery died in 5 months time, still under warranty. I phoned them to ask if they can assist because it's still under warrenty. The lady said that she will speak to her manager and phone me back. Still waiting for that call back!!!
