NORTHERN CAPE PANELBEATERS
The owner is very rude and unprofessional. He doesn't take pride in other people's cars but gives saps N avis cars priority. We waited for more than 10months to get our car with excuses everyday. The car had more issues when we fetched it. I wouldn recommend this place to anyone.

NORTHERN CAPE PANELBEATERS
OUTsurance forced us make use of them. Our company vehicle was booked in for repairs on the left front wheel slight body damage and two rims shot. After numerous calls and request for progress and 6weeks we are still waiting for 2 rims.. Steel rims 14 inch. I get these at Superquick in a day. And still we wait..i could have knocked them with a hammer ...drove to Superquick and be done with it. AND still we wait..

Poor poor serviceThey kept my car for 2 full months. Everytime you call, they tell you one thing after the other, at one point I told my insurance(Miway) to remove my car from there.NC has poor service

NORTHERN CAPE PANELBEATERS
Im not very satisfied with them. They replaced my front bumper wich was done good as far as I can see. However my vehicle wasn't even there a whole day and they took items from my glove compartment, they even took my air freshener from inside my vehicle. They were not even supposed to do anything inside the vehicle. I would not recommend them for this reason.

Most pathetic service ever! No updates on the progress of your vehicles repair, they steal your belongings and petrol. The interior was full of dirt when collecting the vehicle. When logging a complaint the assistant laughs at you then walks away. So much for good customer service!!

If I could I'd give them a zero as since they have zero customer service. Miway insurance insisted on them and waited over 6weeks to get the car fixed. Their initial quote didn't include all the parts needed and never even bothered to communicate any progress. If you call them they promise to get back to you but never do until you calm again or walk all the way there. The worst experience I've had. Insurance companies need to allow customers to choose their preferred panel beaters. I'm sure dent dr could have fixed that small dent in 2weeks tops.
