I have been gym hopping for a long time and never felt like I belong. Since joining MissFit Zwartkop, its like I found my new home. Missfit is changing me as a person. I have confidence which I never had before. I can feel and see the change in my body and how I am getting stronger. And most of all I actually enjoy working out. Also something that was always a drag. So I definitely recommend MissFit. Best place to be Ladies.

Coach Marisca is the epitome of athleticism and professionalism. The studio is beautiful and I (never thought I would) love pushing the limits in a women-only gym! You'll discover your limits aren't where you think they are and you'll work harder than you ever would alone at home - or even in a regular gym. I love that we get to punch the bleep out of all the boxing toys and coach Marisca has new, fun and challenging combos every...single...class! I box at MissFit (gotta love that name, right??) 3x a week and I don't think I've ever done the same thing twice. Super fun, love the pumping music, it's always spotless clean and fully equipped, battle ropes and all. Can't help feeling like a BADASS after every class. Best decision you'll ever make to join MissFit Zwartkop. Do it!

Top notch studio! The facility is clean and very well run. The coaches are amazing. The owner (Marisca) has Missfit running through her veins and it shows. If you want to get fit, feel empowered and experience team spirit at its best Missfit Boxing Zwartkop is the place to be.

Missfit Boxing Zwartkop..I am a proud member of this Ladies Gym now for just on a month. Having been to many Gyms over the years I can truly say that I have found a place of peace and contentment. There comes a time in ones life as you grow older, where you start to re-evaluate your health and happiness to be with those you love for many years to come. This is by far the best and most fun workout I've ever attended and participated in and I have been to numerous gyms since the Health and Racquet days! (yes THAT long ago...) Marisca is very knowledgeable and a wonderful coach - she makes each class fun and interesting by incorporating different challenges" in various forms
