They do not observe COVID protocols. They had not refilled the sanitiser upon entering, they just simply ignored me. I ended up using my own sanitiser. They had no masks on, only 1 person had it on. They did not even greet me.I had the worst experience ever!

The owner is VERY rude and doesn't value customers. New as I was to her salon as a Bluewater Bay resident and interested in her services, she was so rude to my first enquiry for just following up on it as she just ignored it initially. Wow, I'm shook and in disbelief of her rudeness. I'd rather look for another salon out of Bluewater Bay.
