I was amazed by the friendliness and the eagerness to help they had over there. I was in sars cbd to fix my tax details and i had my 5 month old daughter crying and screaming for no reason it was so annoying but the manager called Gogo and a consultant that was helping was so sweet and told me to breastfeed her she doesnt mind she was so quick it took me less then 10 minutes and everything was sorted. I didn't get the consultants name i wish I did.. well done guys . Very impressed by the service

This another example of how we as taxpayers are treated with contempt. Very bad reception. In fairness, once you make it inside wonderful service. But it you compare it to umhlanga... Just shows you how bad social inequality is in our country. Tip to SARS: don't treat loyal taxpayers like sheep. We believe in paying tax to improve all!

Absolutely disgusting service.I made my appointment over 3 weeks ago, the appointment was for 15:00 but it’s currently 15:37 and I am still waiting in line

With all the negative talk about queues and the quality of service, I was already regretting needing to go here. However, this SARS branch was the complete opposite.It was safe, clean and very efficient. I managed to go in and get my stuff done in under 40 minutes. The number system for the various services is very efficient. There are separate queues for different services.The staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating.

I like the number system because you don't have to keep moving up in rows all cramped up next to other people. For some reason numbers were only issued for a few at the front of the queue and we were instructed to keep the line. This does not make sense to me.Furthermore, the teller would not accept digitally encrypted documents and insisted on printed hard copies. When I enquired, the teller did not even know what micro-business turnover tax is, and I had to show her on the SARS website.

Great applause for Mr Dlamini's selfless attitude. He is very helpful. The waiting times are however tedious and almost unbearable. Great Covird19 regulations in place, especially their social distancing strategies

From 6 am to 3pm waiting in a queue with no help because of no appointment it's a disgrace and still not seen too, no of decency of letting people to go home just have them waiting hours in a queue to send them home at 4
