Unfair pricing! When you ask for a date to come and service your business fire extinguishers, and then be told they will come out when they do the entire business parks... not on the date you request!Then you get an invoice for a call out fee of R495 ex VAT... but they were here in the business park servicing other businesses fire extinguishers already?! So all businesses were charge this fee, but you were already here?! How is that fair pricing?!Surely they can only charge such a large call out if they came all the way out, especially for just your one company's fire extinguisher!
