Do not waste your time and money to buy from We Do All. I have placed an online order end November 2022 it is end February 2023, and all I get is empty promises from Sanet, and no equipment ordered. 3 Months later!!!!!All Sanet says is I will quickly phone and find out, and she never ever comes to me, I have to phone after them. Terrible service.

Placed an order for customized loaf tins (QUO0005480). Communication and attention to detail are below average. The company seems to be offline on a regular basis. I'm still waiting for my order, it has been over a month now.EDIT: Received my order. Happy with the apology and explanation received from Janine. From now on I will deal with her directly.

I paid WedoAll R91K around the 25 November 2022 for a butchery combo that they promised to deliver before the 15th December 2022. The products were not delivered in December which i kind of understood considering the time of the year. I spoke to them in January, they kept on making promises until February where they kept pushing the date forward.i got tired of the back and forth and decided to cancel the order. They agreed through their lawyers to paying me back as soon as they got a refund from their supplier and this was around the 15th of February 2023. I have still not received any payment and continue to loose money from a business venture that was supposed to be launched in December last year.I have just spoken to the lady that was assisting me to check the progress of my refund and there seems to be no appetite whatsoever to assist by requesting this information from their finance department, let alone giving me their contact details so that i can do the follow up myself.I have obviously not stated everything here but i just feel like this company's service is very poor, they are not transparent and most importantly selfish considering the amount of time they have wasted me.
