I worked for this company for six years. First class people - executives, management and staff. Equally in all her branches countrywide. Even with Covid challenges, they didn't shy away from this turn of events in S.A. Well oiled company.Pretty honest folks, dedicated and loyal. Care greatly about the client..... I know.I learnt much , enjoyed my relationship with this giant in Logistics.The Lord bless them.

Rude people at reception warehouse, I came to do a pick up and after passing security check I went to reception warehouse 3 people in the office one wearing a manager reflective vest and they all avoiding eye contact or acknowledging me for 10 minutes I started feeling uncomfortable and a burden, had to call reception who assisted in the end- if you treat peoplelike that wonder how they treat our parcels.

Very poor service. Send my xbox controller in for repairs. Waited for almost 3 weeks and received a wrong package. Send emails and called on a weekly basis without any response. Still waiting on my package(6 weeks) up till this day. This is my second package that I have send away and had the same experience. No feed back from the company regarding my package
