Horrible experience. I ordered lamb breyani for 25 guests on Christmas day to collect between 11.15 and 11.30. I collected at 11.30. When I got home 15 mins later, found that the food was cold and had an off smell. Contacted Nishi, and all she could offer was an hotplate to warm the food(which I had to pick up), excuse for the off smell was that it was made with sour milk. Still no answer as to why the food was cold. My presumption is that i was given stale food, probably from the previous day. Half of the food was thrown away that evening, and all guests were sick the next day, clearly of food poisoning, diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. Will not recommend this company and staff, very unprofessional and absolutely no sense of humanity. Response to my complaint was a brush off, still awaiting a response to my complaint. A simple sorry" and "we appreciate your feedback" doesn't cut it!!! This was a total rip off at R95 per person
