Bought a CEBO b226 nano tank from them for my son. 3 Weeks in, the tank cracked and started leaking.I messaged them, took my tank in. They handled the supplier and was willing to replace the tank. They also offered a tank to house the fish in the mean. time.I asked if I could get a refund, even though I lost the slip. The owner tracked down the slip on his side to see the price of the tank and was willing to refund.He went out of his way to assist. Thank you very much Aziem.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER AT THE END:This has to be known as one of the best pet shops in Cape Town. The service you get here is superb, whether browsing, buying cheap, or spending real bucks, it remains top class. I have often been in just to look and never been treated any differently than I have when I've bought something. The owners and staff always remember me and are happy to advise on any product.EDIT IN REPLY TO OWNER:Thank you Pets Aquaria for replying. I had to think about this one for a bit and when I did I realised that there is absolutely nothing that you wouldn't do for a customer, with a smile on your face. Normally I'm reluctant to give 5 stars because I reserve it for the person that could rival you. In your case though I don't believe he exists. 5 stars it is!

We discovered this place for our daughter's first aquarium, and love it! Convenient location, really really great staff and a nice rewards program! Was so happy we found it in Southern Suburbs and the team is responsive AND knowledgeable!

Wow, wow, wow! What fabulous and helpful staff Aziem and his team are. They don't go the extra mile, they go the many extra kilometres and so happily. Thandi and I are super impressed and so happy to have discovered this Pet Shop and it is sooo close to our home. We are at one end of Second Avenue and they are at the other.

Incredibly helpful staff!I bought a fish tank and fish for my nephews for the first time and couldn’t be more happy with the service at Pets Aquaria. Abdul was patient with all my questions and took the time to explain to me how to keep our fish happy, tank clean and what to avoid. He also helped me choose a few essential extras that I would’ve missed otherwise. I called a few times after I got home and they were so helpful and patient. Great service. Highly recommended.
