In my opinion these are the worst real estate agents ever.I offered for a house at the end of September 2018 which was accepted and bond was approved quickly.Unfortunately, I am still waiting for lodgment and transfer to take place.These estate agents do not pursue good turnaround times at all as I am waiting for almost 6 months.They do not have the interests of the buyer at all and are only full of apologies and promises.The estate agent has to make sure that customers are satisfied and in order to do this they have to fight for both the buyer and the seller.In my case, the agent is unable to put pressure on the transfer attorney to obtain rates clearance.
