I made an appointment with ETuners Centurion on 10 June 2017 to do some work on my Golf 7 GTI. I made the appointment for 08h15 because i was driving all the way from Mpumalanga. i arrive at 08h15 and there was nobody there. I called the owner 4 times and no answer. I wait outside the gate until 09h00 for somebody to open for me. I go to the Etuners workshop and a guy by the name of Rajen had no clue why im there and request if i can come back later, i drove straight to another service agent who attended to me immediately, Very unprofessional

They went trough so much trouble to make sure when i drive away with my Honda there that i am happy. They first loaded the stage 1 , but then clutch slipped. They then loaded the economic profile so that the clutch wont slip that much. I did not have money at the time to replace the clutch, a few months later i let them replace my clutch and Shaheen loaded the stage 1 for me again without complaining. The car now pulls like a dream. And there is no slipping.

My car used to only go to the vw agents. I recent had a issue with my water pump, and have a Motor Happy after market warranty. Etuners are an approved agent RMi agent with motor happy and i decided to use them, Ashaan and Shaheen, are really professional and what a blessing they went above and beyond assisting me with the claim and also repairing a boost pipe at no additional cost. I would 100% without a doubt recommend them for any maintenance work to be done and you can be assured that you will peace of Mind.Thank you Etuners for being professional and upstanding. Really look forward to building good and positive relations with you as you will without a doubt be my go to moving forward for any service or maintainence that needs to be done on my cars. Just hope one day urll will be able to service motocycles.
