My 1 week new bell helmet visor cracked, requested a replacement. Was told will have to wait 4 months for stock coming with their next shipment. Asked for special order as that is an unacceptable waiting period. Their abrupt attitude and shoulder shrug response is that they will charge me more than R5500 for a special order peak and that I must wait until January 2023 or buy a new helmet.

Amazing service and quick response time... My helmet visor broke and I needed to do a warranty claim. Danie helped me out and did the claim and kept me updated the whole time. 100% will recommend to everyone I know.

Phoned to comfirm delivery date. Made the order the Monday. Got promised latest Thursday. Multiple phone calls after not receiving tracking number. Promised delivery on Friday before 12. Call again. Promised delivery at 2.30. Missed delivery of my bike because of this. No apologies at all. No feedback during the process. Won't use them again. Worst customer service.

Customer service is shocking. My helmets worth R6000 was delivered to an oke in Cape Town who called me to say he has my package ( I stay in Pretoria). Although this might be blamed on the courier company Langston offered no apology. My wife and I both called them to find out what is going on and when I can expect the helmet, left without answers at this stage (while their agents indicated we will be called back)
