Disgusting service. Staff sold a cartridge that only printed 50 pages where the same cartridge previously had printed over 200 pages with the same type of content. My mother came home in tears after dealing with them. She had even taken her printer in to them to show them the printer does not have issues and they just told her it's not their problem. It is HPs problem. They won't help her. She is over 65 with very limited income and they wasted her money and they don't even care. She can't afford to buy another cartridge now and I am just disgusted by this. She has been a loyal returning customer with them for a while. She is not a first time chance taker.

thank you for the excellent service JP. I was at wits-end about finding ink-cartridges for my 20 year-old printer. When he undertook to call me back, I thought it was just another empty promise, but he did.. with some options for me. When I wanted to buy a laser printer as well, I had a few particular requirements and JP made sure that those questions had answers. Well done.
