Your are the worst dealership ever. Can not fix a vehicle properly . Does not use RMI approved dealers and keep on lying to a person. Wel do e I just lost my vehicle due to your incompentance

Ever since Johnny and Johan left,this place is not the same anymore.On 27/08/2021 I went to their parts dept.I met a lady on the workshop floor smoking and I greeted her.I proceeded to parts counter to wait for her.She kept smoking while I waited & never acknowledged me.Her mobile phone rang and she answered.She walked past me,entered parts dept and went inside offices and closed the door behind her without saying a word to me.I waited & waited there thinking she will come back but she didn't.I ended going to the other workshop next to washbay and asked for a guy named John to go tell her that I am waiting but she didn't come.After about 10 minutes of waiting,a mechanic named Quinton arrived,greeted and asked me if anyone has helped me? After answering him no,he assisted me with a smile.I am so disappointed on the lady who ignored me.

Friendly service, plenty parking space

A special shout out to Nissan Heidelberg, especially Renaldo!! From my very first contact with him, I was treated with professionalism beyond. I am not the easiest customer, yet he was always patient, and after 2 weeks found me a vehicle that I absolutely love.
