Tesla 3 had a slow air leak in right rear tyre.We rang roadside assistance and they said they will bring an exchange wheel and tyre to get home.Zeik soon came in Truck 81.He wad so friendly and helpful.He quickly changed the wheels over.He clearly explained the followup process with Tesla.Very efficient and friendly service.Highly recommend Zeik.11 out of 10.

Initial guys that turned up were great, but nothing happened the way it was supposed to from there. Paid 3 times by my insurer, but continued to sit on my car for over 3 weeks charging storage fees saying they haven't been paid, before my car moved on to the panel beater. If I ever unfortunately have another accident, if my car isn't going straight to a panel beater, then it isn't moving.

Service was excellent, from the Call Centre Operator and Wayne - Tow Truck Operator. Very efficient, friendly service and sound advice was provided. Wayne arrived within 20 minutes of the call being logged which was very much appreciated during the early hours of the morning. Great work!!
