I did not apreciate the lady at the counter repremanding my daughter who was only looking at the pens, she was not going to write with them. She was only looking at the bright and glitter colours. She did not even think to ask me to tell my daughter, and did not even acknowlede me standing there - my children know what is expected of them when we go to any shop. I personally feel that this was very rude, and me and children did not feel welcome. I will not be going to your store again, I will rather order what we need online.

PNA Key West is a bit on the small side, but they are generally well stocked, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The following is a remark about PNA in general. I would love to see more of the brands of papers, paints and pencils, i.e. Mi-teintes, Polychromos, Liquitex, Fredrix and PanPastels. And perhaps keep your expensive pencils like Derwent behind glass? Nobody wants to buy broken pencils.

It's a stationery shop. AWESOME! So much variety - even crochet hooks and wool. Always a wonderful shop to visit - clean, tidy, well-organised; staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always recommended!

This is a very nice branch to shop at, it's a big store, they've got so much variety, good quality products as well.The only thing that makes me disappointed about the stores is that their prices are unaffordable. I purchase the same kinds of brands of the products they sell at other stores as well, which has a massive price difference.Otherwise the store is very exciting to shop at due to all the amazing crafting stuff, stationary, etc they have.
