When I started seeing Toni I was at least 20kg heavier than I am today. Sometimes we just need a little bit of guidance to get us on track and with Toni's help I have been able to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Toni has helped me to focus on what works for me in eating healthy. Toni is encouraging and always open to answer my questions. It doesn't happen over night and I have tried to follow Toni's advice as best I can, it is never easy, but I am grateful to Toni for supporting me on this journey.

Toni Brien is a fantastic dietitian. She is prepared, knowledgeable, and also nice to talk to :) her eating plans are practical and sustainable - taking into account your goals, your health status (allergies, IBS, etc.), your eating preferences - and help you to reach your goal healthily. She’s great with following up and always has a helpful article or yummy recipe at hand :)
