Do not use this company they steel and lies Amie is not to be trusted, and I have voice notes and emails and msg where she promised to do things and can not do anything. And gives you a run around but nothing comes from it....I use this company in Aug 2021 last year, Amie told me she will get things done and in the last 2 weeks of November I ask her for my refund of 10000 rand I gave her to get a police clearance certificate and to be attested, she has not delivered or stay true to he word when she say something.In December and now in January she is giving me a running a round to get my money from her and block me in my phone calls. So now I am taking this to court, because I can not take her lies anymore and if there is anyone else who is sitting with this you are free to join me in this...

Do Not Trust this company at all.....It started off good and I decided to use TVCSA again, About 2 years ago Amie helped me obtain my Egyptian Visa and even delivered my passport to me at the airport.However, This time it was extremely unprofessional, We have paid Amie in the region of R34k in total and she has stopped responding to us.I have as a precaution already taken this to SAPS and opened a case.Amie even with emails sent did not reply, even from WhatsApp messages didn't reply.Please safe yourself the time and money and do you application yourself or find someone who can do it for you that can be trusted.

If I was able to give a negative score, I would have. My dealing with this company started after the owner of this company failed to deliver on her promise to get a 'Express Visa in time. We have paid an additional R6000 to get this so called "Express Visa". In total we have paid just over R10 000 for a US Visa which was never delivered.We have also contacted the Embassy helpline and they have no record of the monies ever been paid over to them.So let me share the timeline and communication between myself and Amy.I started my first communication with her on 26 January requesting a refund. She replied the same day and promised to have the info ready by 10 AM. 10 AM came and wentOn 28 January I sent another request for info

I would make it -ve stars if I could. Amie is a scammer and most definitely a thief.I began dealing with her in November 2021 from Egypt as she came highly recommended for her swift and efficient services. She did not charge me a service fee as a personal favour to my partner whom she is also dealing with currently. She claimed to have contacts in the consulate and assured me that she could help after I stressed the urgency of my situation, and I trusted her. She asked for payment and assured me that it would be done. After I made several transactions into her given account for various services, Amie has since been unresponsive and flaky.It is now the end of January 2022 and I have not received any proof of payment from her nor any outcome for any of my requested services. Amie continues to ignore my messages and it seems that she has no intent on refunding my money like I requested numerous times.It is my belief that Amie is a liar and that she should not be trusted. She makes promise after promise but does not deliver. Both my partner and I have not received any money back from her, although he started his affairs with her long before I did. My partner also sent her money as a personal favour as she claimed that she was struggling whilst my payment was being processed by the bank. It seems that she has no remorse, not even for those who try to help her. She will take your money and disappear.This entire situation has greatly delayed me and my partner from seeing each other after 3 years apart as the funds Amie has taken are not easily replaceable at this time. I have tried explaining this to her but it has made no difference in her actions. She is simply heartless.

(Done because of the character limit)So, at the end of August I receive a mail from Dave" which claims he are responsible for making sure that the refund gets paid back and that they will have a payment plan in place which they will share on 20 Sept 2021.I did receive the mail and replied back as his calculations was incorrect. 2 Weeks after this

I do not recommend this company. Amie Rossouw is a scammer. She promised to have my son's student visa and my tourist visa to Spain in 10 days. The amounts for her services escalated to15k because she promised an express service. Its been 3 months ,she keeps on telling me that she is at the DIRCO to fetch my documents . She is a liar. She lost all my original documents. Till today I don't have my visas.

I have been waiting over 8 months for my refunds. They keep on promising a payment plan but now they are just ignoring me. Worked with Amie Rossouw from December 2020 and this last 9 months have been very disappointing to say the least.We paid R12 900.00 in December 2020 and then another R5 000.00 in January 2021 to get our Visa’s expedited.Still haven’t received any refunds.

Never make use of any company Amie ia associated with as you will lose money.I was recommendend to her through a travel agent so thought that she would be legit in Sep 2021. She was very eager for me to pay the monies over for the visa. Then said if I pay an additional R3000 she can get it expited quicker which of course also did not happen.I eventually got my visa in November 2021 after I called the embassy and VFS on numerous occasions.She promised me a refund of the R3000, and here we are in Jan 2023 and still waiting.She scams people and that is evident if you read the many negative reviews.She WILL be caught off guard someday when she scams the wrong person.I have made it my mission to expose her at every single embassy in this country with all the evidence I have.Amie, people have put their trust in you far too long

DO NOT use this company or any company associated with Amie Dawn Rossouw. She also works with Your Visa People, Visa To Go and Visalogix. She is a scammer and a thief and will steal your money. She played with me for approximately 6 weeks promising to get me an expedited appointment at the US embassy via a liaison within the Consulate. Payment must be made upfront and she claims that she will refund the full expediting fee and 50% of her agency fee if unsuccessful. I never got an appointment and she keeps promising to pay back the money while having a laugh at the people that she steals from. Amie Dawn Rossouw, one day you will mess with the wrong person and you will get what is due to you.

Doesn’t answer a phone. Admitted she took our money. Gave her a chance to pay back. After couple of months we have been blocked. Do NOT use her, she lies and cheats!
