I am not happy. Mngeni water gave a false reading of our water two months ago. As a result we have an account of R2800. Despite my providing photographic evidence that they read the meter incorrectly, they still have not corrected the account. We are now in arrears respite not using the water they claimed we did.Who can fix this issue?

Sent our borehole water for testing at umgeni water. Mr Mannie Sewcheran was exceptionally helpful and gave us great advice. He was very knowledgeable and could answer any questions we asked. Outstanding service....definitely a 5 star experience.
