I ordered a parcel from Be Safe and requested them to send it via a Courier of my choice. Nowhere on their website do they mention that they only make use of First Freight. However their Dispatch team decided to ignore my request and send the parcel via First Freight. Now the parcel is somewhere and neither First Freight nor Be Safe takes responsibility.After numerous emails and calls to B Safe, I still do not have my parcel and it is 8 working days since my order and paymentI asked Be Safe to replace my parcel and that I will arrange a Courier service myself to collect it and deliver it, but this doesn't happen. I also requested for Be Safe for a refund in order for me to get my equipment from another service provider who will be more helpful also in this my request was not honoured.No I still do not have my parcel and both First Freight and Be Safe are blaming each other; I as the customer is suffering in this whole process because they did not do as I asked from the very beginningThe ONLY person trying to solve this issue is Jaqueline Marrier-d'Unienville

They keep sending me brochures but most of the time they don't have stock on the items i order. When they have stock, they say that they currently don't have an item that is part of the stock ordered. This is happening for the fourth time now and seems to be something that is on going...

Shop had much more items for sale and on display than I anticipated. Although I arrived quite late in the afternoon, I was still helped with friendliness. I would recommend Be Safe to any Paramedic or person working in the medical profession looking for equipment
