I was looking for a waterproof/resistant backpack and was advised to check out this store. Was assisted immediately and they even went as far as pouring water on the backpack to show me that is was water resistant. Awesome customer service.

I purchased running shoes from the Somerset branch and after 8month it was torn. I mailed them and within 10 minutes had a reply from Gavin le Roux. After providing proof of purchase and photos, I received my full refund within 24h!!! This is incredible service and I will most definitely go back!One VERY happy customer!!!

Wish I could give more stars. I was looking for something very spesific and I emailed and equired about it. They went out of their way to find me the product even though they dont usually stock it. Gavin kept me in the loop the whole time too. Absolutely stunning service and really goes the extra mile for customer service. Would support this shop forever!
