I really love this studio. Steph puts so much effort into making every class unique and dynamic, and ensures that everyone is included and challenged, no matter their experience level. I didn't know I could enjoy pilates this much until now, and definitely recommend these classes.

Steph making exercising fun! Pilates has become one of the highlight of my week.I have mild scoliosis which Stef is aware of - she ensures I am doing all exercises correctly and is motivated to strengthen my back!She truly cares for her clients.

STF Movement is an outstanding Pilates studio. I have joined Stef on many occasions and I always leave with a smile on my face and a real feeling that I had a good workout. From Beginners to Intermediate, Stef does it all. A truly passionate Instructor. I would highly recommend STF Movement
