Normally very good but unfortunately tonight I have to complain.Not about the service as that it always good and staff efficient.But tonight the food was not so upto standard. Besides the fact I requested period wedges and got normal, the wedges were soo dry I did not eat them.The chicken skin was so wet ?not crispy) and the chicken looked anemic.What happened to Nandos crispy skinned chicken????

Nandos Mulbarton the food was terrible yesterday. We ordered the hot pot and chicken livers , the chicken livers were fine.The hot pot is burning our tummys we are sick sick today. The chicken also had like a plasticy texture.We usually order from Columbine theres no problems.

Popular, Efficient and Friendly Staff.Nandos Panorama remains a popular affordable dining restaurant. This however has not deterred them from delivering prompt and efficient service to all patrons who walk through their doors.The staff are always friendly ones upon arrival and take your order with attentive care so as to not disappoint upon delivery. They claim that every order - upon payment- should take 8 to 10 minutes and to some degree this is true. If they aren't too busy you'll surely get it with that said time but it's the opposite when they are inundated with orders - resulting in 12 - 15 minutes waiting time, which isn't bad at all.They hardly ever put their foot wrong with ones order, although they could improve on their call and collect" service. There's been instances where I had to wait for my order even after arriving 10 minutes later than what they had said my order would be ready.All in all

I haven't been to Nandos in a very long time, and I did not know we needed to order at the counter before we sat down. I sat at the table for almost 10 minutes before I got up to ask what was happening. The meal I wanted to order said it comes with onions and I asked them very nicely to remove the onions from my meal. Well my meal came with soooo many onions. The portion size was ridiculously small and my chips were semi raw. Really was not happy at all.

Worst Nando's I've ever been to. In the last month I've bought 4 times from here , every single time was a disappointment. I bought take aways and the hastle to drive back to complain isn't worth it. The chicken is dry and tasteless. To avoid eat dry chicken, I ask them to please put extra basting sauce in the packet, charge me extra , I don't mind. Every single time this isn't done. Two out of the four times the chicken was still raw on the inside. The service no doubt is really good, but we don't really but food for the service!

They don't take a lot of care preparing their food. Got home and found that they never removed the cheese from the plastic wrappers. See the picture. Disgusting!
