Sorbet Salon Tokai

I’ve supported the Sorbet Tokai branch for quite a while and was deeply disappointed after a recent cancellation. Earlier in the week I was asked to move my appointment (originally scheduled for 10:15) to 10 AM. Since I know how busy the branch is, I reluctantly said yes. On the day of my appointment, I lost my wallet. In quite a panic I tried heading out to sort out everything and called to let them know that I may be 5 minutes late but I was already on my way, explaining that I had lost my wallet. The receptionist had absolutely no compassion for my situation and proceeded to say that there was no way they could honour my appointment even though I was almost at the mall. To top it off, they said that they only allocated 30 mins to my appointment which is not a long time for a removal and paint and to me, seems as if they would’ve rushed the job. If I hadn’t moved my appointment in the first place, I would’ve made it. Annoyed, I posted my experience on social media. They asked for my details to get in touch and I waited all weekend for a call. Absolutely nothing. Then they said they tried calling me during the week and left voicemails but I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. When I addressed the issue they told me to give them a call if I change my mind about getting my nails done somewhere else. The complaints process is absolutely appalling to say the least and I believe that I wasn’t respected as a customer. Would not recommend them even in the slightest.

I recently had my nails done at Sorbet Tokai. I had the bio-gel tips done with gelish. The atmosphere was lovely, and I was initially pleased with the result of my nails. Within 1 week of having my nails done, 2 nails fell off. The whole nail just fell off as one piece. The day I tried to book for a fill (unexpectedly soon), I was able to just pull off the nails. I was beyond disappointed, I have never experienced such a shocking service. I have tried emailing this branch to give feedback but unfortunately never heard back.Disappointing nails, disappointing service. I won't be back again. Unfortunately.

A lady by the name of Robin gave me the best service I’ve ever received at a sorbet. She checked in with almost all the options I could choose and took the time to make sure I was happy with the colours, shape, etc of my nails. Excellent service all round but a HUGE thank you to Robin for the amazing service. You are truly talented at what you do- I left feeling absolutely stunning!

I've always had a good experience at Sorbet Tokai, my nails always looks good. This time I tried a French manicure and I think it looks good, it took about 1h15 which is reasonable and I got it half price because of my birthday month

Staff were very confused about the prices and how the system was supposed to work. My pedicure wasn't done sufficiently, and my toe nails were not cut correctly.

Ask for Sabrina , she's the best !!!

Great experience all round today! The Receptionist greeted with a warm smile, a beverage and chocolate in honour of mothers day which was just a lovely little touch in addition to my awesome pedi - Nodah is hands down the best beauty therapist, thank you for ALWAYS doing an amazing job!

I'd like to bring my thanks to Sorbet Tokai for the amazing experience. I visited your premises for the first time on Saturday, thanks to a client of mine. I was assisted by Lynn (I hope I spelt her name correctly). She was super-friendly and super-understanding with my shakey feet. Her choice of colour for my toes was superb, and my feet have never looked better! Thank you for the wonderful experience Lynn; I look forward to my next pedicure spoil!
